What does this include?

Vevang Sites builds your locksmith website, manages your Google Business Profile, and sends a review request to every customer after the job — lockout, rekey or commercial install. We reply to reviews, good and bad, show real ones on your service pages, and track calls. SEO Ranker improves the site weekly.

Why it matters

Why it’s different for your trade.

01

Panic buyers read reviews first

Someone standing beside a locked car skims the map pack. They are looking for a reason to trust a stranger with their vehicle. Recent reviews that mention a fast arrival do that job in seconds.

02

Locksmith listings attract suspicion

Your trade has a reputation problem created by out-of-town call centers. A steady stream of named local reviews mentioning your town and your van is the clearest signal you are a real shop with a real address.

03

Rekeys and commercial jobs get researched

A landlord turning over four units or a property manager pricing a master key system reads more carefully. They want reviews from other landlords, not just lockout stories, so the mix of jobs in your reviews matters.

What we do

The work, step by step.

01

Ask at the curb, every job

The moment the door opens or the key turns is when gratitude peaks. We set up a request that goes out right after the job closes, to every customer, not a hand-picked few.

02

Make it one tap

A text with a direct link to your Google review form. No app, no login hunt, no typing your business name. Someone standing in a parking lot at night will still finish it.

03

Cover every job type

Car lockouts, house rekeys, safe work, storefront hardware, access control. We ask the same way across all of them so your review mix reflects everything you actually do.

04

Reply to all of them

Every review gets a response. Positive ones get a short thank-you that names the job type. Critical ones get a calm reply with what happened and how to reach you directly.

05

Show them on the site

Real reviews placed on the matching page — lockout reviews on the lockout page, commercial reviews on the master key page — so the proof sits next to the service being considered.

06

Watch what the calls do

Call and form tracking shows which pages the calls come from. If the car lockout page pulls calls but the rekey page doesn't, we know where reviews and copy need work.

Common mistakes

What usually goes wrong.

Only asking the calm customers

Locksmiths often skip the stressed lockout customer and only ask the friendly rekey client. That is review gating, it breaks platform rules, and it leaves your fastest, most impressive work invisible.

Arguing about price in public replies

Price disputes are common in this trade, especially after a night call-out. Replying defensively with a fee breakdown reads badly. State the callout policy plainly once and offer a phone number.

Letting the profile go quiet all winter

You take lockout calls year-round, but if nobody asks, months pass with nothing new. A profile whose last review is from last spring looks like a shop that closed.

Reviews that never mention the job

A wall of "great service" tells a property manager nothing. Asking a customer what job you did for them prompts detail — car key programmed, four units rekeyed — that matches how people search.

Checklist

What you can check today.

  • Text a review link after every single job today
  • Put the direct Google review link in your phone's saved replies
  • Reply to every review still sitting unanswered
  • Name the job type in each reply you write
  • Ask commercial and landlord clients, not just homeowners
  • Remove any sign or script offering anything for a review
  • Put three real reviews on your lockout page
  • Check your profile shows your local address and hours

How it works

You see it first. Then you decide.

You don’t sign anything to see it. Book a time, and your demo is ready before we talk.

  1. 01

    Book 15 minutes

Pick a time — often the same day. Tell us your website, or just your business name and city.

  2. 02

    We build your demo

Before the call, we build a demo of your new website from your real business: your services, your area, your reviews.

  3. 03

    See it, then decide

We walk you through the demo on the call. You see exactly what you’d get before you spend anything.

  4. 04

    Launch, then improve weekly

We build it for real and put it live. After launch, the SEO Ranker agent keeps improving it every week.

Questions

Straight answers.

Isn't it awkward to ask someone I just charged a night rate?

Ask anyway, and ask everyone. The request goes out as a short text after the job, not face to face, so there is no pressure in the moment. Customers who felt the price was fair will say so. Customers who didn't will tell you, and that is information you want early.

Can you ask only the customers who seemed happy?

No. Platform rules prohibit filtering who gets asked, and we won't set that up. Every customer gets the same request. In practice this works in your favor — asking everyone produces a steady, believable pattern of reviews instead of a suspicious wall of five stars with long gaps.

What do I say to a bad review about pricing?

Reply once, calmly, in public. Confirm your callout and labor policy in one or two sentences, note that quotes are given before work starts, and give a direct number. Do not argue details. Anyone reading is judging your tone, not deciding who was right about the invoice.

Do reviews actually help me show up in the map pack?

Reviews are one of several signals, along with proximity, categories, and how complete your profile is. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and we won't. What reviews reliably do is win the click once you appear, which is where most locksmith jobs are actually lost.

Can I offer a discount on the next rekey for a review?

No. Incentives of any kind violate platform rules and risk your reviews being removed or your profile penalized. We never set up incentives, never write reviews, and never edit what a customer said. The only lever is asking everyone, promptly, and making it one tap.

My customers are in a hurry. Will they really leave one?

Some will, if the ask arrives while the job is fresh and takes one tap. Timing matters more than wording. A request sent hours later, or one that makes someone search for your business, gets ignored. We automate the timing so you don't have to remember.

How do reviews appear on my website?

We pull real reviews onto the matching service pages — lockout reviews on the emergency page, commercial ones on the master key and access control pages. Nothing gets rewritten. It puts proof beside the service someone is reading about, which is where it changes a decision.

What happens before the first call?

We build a demo of your locksmith website before we talk, using your service area, job types and existing reviews. Book the call and we'll have it ready.
