Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use the configurator, we capture only what you submit explicitly: an email address (if you click ★ SAVE DEMO or ★ BOOK 20-MIN CALL) and any optional name / company / notes you provide. We do not sell, share, or rent your information.
Demo state
Your configurator selections (persona, skin, tier, power-ups) are stored in URL parameters so you can bookmark and resume. Your in-session preferences (cursor, theme, mute, role, click sound, music volume) are stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.
AI consultant
If you ask a question on the AI Consultant page, your message is sent to Anthropic's Claude API along with the demo's faux-data system prompt. Anthropic's data retention policies apply. We do not store your AI questions or responses on our servers.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymized page-view data (no cookies, no personal identifiers). We use this data exclusively to understand which personas and aesthetics resonate.
Lead capture
If you submit the SAVE DEMO or BOOK A CALL form, your email + form data is logged to our hosting platform (Vercel) so Eric Vevang can contact you. Eric's account email is eric@vevang.ai.
Your rights
Email eric@vevang.ai with any request to access, modify, or delete data we have on you. We honor opt-out requests immediately.
