These terms are an agreement between you and Vevang AI (the company that operates Vevang.ai). By connecting accounts, uploading documents, or asking the assistant questions, you agree to them.
What Vevang.ai is
An AI financial platform, operated by Vevang AI, that connects your accounts and documents, organizes your transactions, and answers questions or generates financial documents (net worth, profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow). Dollar figures are computed directly from your data.
Not professional advice
Vevang.ai is informational and is not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Figures are computed from the data you connect, but you — together with your CPA, attorney, and licensed advisors — remain the authority on your finances. For tax treatment, defer to your CPA. Always verify outputs before relying on them for decisions or filings.
Your account & responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the accounts and documents you connect, for keeping your login secure, and for reviewing the platform's outputs. You authorize Vevang.ai to access the financial data you connect (read-only, via Plaid) for the purpose of providing the service.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' data, breach or probe our security, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product. Don't abuse the AI assistant (reasonable usage limits apply by plan).
Plans & billing
Vevang.ai is a paid subscription service — using the platform requires an active plan. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe to Vevang AI; you can cancel anytime and your plan remains active through the current billing period. Plan limits are described on our pricing page and in your account settings.
Availability & changes
The service is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We'll make reasonable efforts to preserve your data and give notice of material changes.
Termination
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Text messaging terms
Vevang AI sends text messages only to people who contact us first, or who explicitly ask us to text them. If you message one of our published numbers, you may receive replies from us at that number. Messages are conversational — replies to your question, scheduling, and follow-up about work you have asked us about. We do not send bulk marketing texts and we do not buy, rent, or upload phone number lists. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and you will receive no further messages; reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@vevang.ai or 239-722-6450. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy at https://vevang.ai/privacy.
