SEO for pressure washing companies that books work

Homeowners search by the surface that bothers them, not by your company name. Your site should have a page for each one, with photos that prove you have cleaned it before.

Pick a 15-minute time. Your demo is built before the call.

What does this include?

Vevang Sites builds your pressure washing site around the way people search: house washing, roof soft wash, driveway cleaning and commercial lots, each on its own page with real before-and-after photos. We add service-area pages, fix technical issues, and our SEO Ranker agent improves the site every week.

Why it matters

Why it’s different for your trade.

01

The decision happens in one afternoon

Someone looks at a green north wall, searches, and books before dinner. If your site does not answer what you clean and how fast you can quote, they tap the next listing and you lose the yearly repeat too.

02

Every surface is its own search

Black streaks on a roof, oil on a driveway, a gray cedar fence and moldy vinyl siding are four different problems. People type the problem. One page called services cannot rank for all four.

03

HOA deadlines create urgent buyers

A violation letter gives a homeowner a date. They search, skim, and want a price and a slot. Pages that name mildew, algae and HOA notices catch those searches while the letter is still on the counter.

What we do

The work, step by step.

01

List what you actually clean

We start with your equipment and crew. Soft wash only, or surface cleaners and hot water too. Roofs, stucco, EIFS, pavers, composite decks, dumpster pads. That list becomes the page plan instead of guesswork.

02

Build one page per surface

House washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete, deck and fence, gutter brightening, commercial. Each page explains the method, the protection for plants and windows, what the result looks like, and how long it lasts in your climate.

03

Name the neighborhoods you work in

Service-area pages built around real subdivisions, HOAs and nearby towns, each with jobs you have done there and the siding or concrete common in that area. No copy-paste pages with the town name swapped.

04

Make the photos work for search

Before-and-afters get real file names, alt text and captions that say the surface and the town. We compress them so a slider loads on a phone in a driveway, not just on your office wifi.

05

Fix the quote path

A photo upload or address field at the top of every page, tap-to-call on mobile, and a form that asks square footage and surface. We track which page and which call turned into a booked wash.

06

Improve it weekly

SEO Ranker reviews your pages every week, adds seasonal content before spring demand arrives, tightens internal links between surface pages and area pages, and flags anything broken or slow.

Common mistakes

What usually goes wrong.

One page that lists every surface

A single page mentioning siding, roofs, concrete and decks in one paragraph competes for nothing. Split it. The roof cleaning page should read like a roof cleaning specialist wrote it, because that is who the homeowner wants.

A gallery of huge, unlabeled photos

Two hundred full-size phone photos with names like IMG_4471 slow the site and tell search engines nothing. Pick your best pairs, label them by surface and town, and compress them.

No commercial page

Property managers search for sidewalk scrubbing, drive-through cleaning and dumpster pad service, often with after-hours needs. If that work only appears as a line on your home page, you are invisible to the buyers who book routes.

Going quiet all winter

Rankings are built before the season, not during it. Cold months are when you should be publishing gutter brightening, commercial and early-booking content so spring searchers find you already in place.

Checklist

What you can check today.

  • Write one page explaining soft washing versus high pressure
  • Rename photo files by surface and town before uploading

  • Add a photo-or-address quote form to every service page
  • List the subdivisions and HOAs you clean most often
  • Build a commercial page with after-hours scheduling
  • Put tap-to-call at the top of every page on mobile

Questions

Straight answers.

How long before SEO brings in wash jobs?

New pages usually need a few months to settle, and seasonal demand shapes what you see. Nobody can guarantee rankings, and we will not. What we can do is build the pages before spring, fix the technical problems, and improve the site every week so you are in position when the weather turns.

Do I need separate pages for soft washing and pressure washing?

Yes. People search both terms and mean different things. Soft wash searchers are usually worried about siding, roofs or damage. Pressure washing searchers picture concrete and decks. One page on each lets you explain your method, your pressure settings and your plant protection without confusing either reader.

Should I put prices on the site?

A starting range helps, especially for homeowners with an HOA deadline who want a number today. You can anchor it to size, like a single-story house wash or a two-car driveway, and note that quotes depend on condition and access. Vague pages lose to pages that commit to something.

I work from home. Can I still rank locally?

Yes. You hide your address on your Google Business Profile and set a service radius. On the website, your service-area pages carry the local signal instead. Name the towns and neighborhoods you actually drive to, and show jobs from each one rather than claiming the whole metro.

Does the before-and-after gallery help rankings?

Indirectly, and strongly. Photos keep people on the page and convince them to call, which matters. The search value comes from the text around them: file names, alt text and captions naming the surface, the material and the town. Photos with no words attached are decoration.

What about AI answers and chat assistants?

We write your pages so a machine can read them plainly: what you clean, which towns, what methods, how to get a quote. Clear structure and consistent details across your site and Google Business Profile help. No one can promise an assistant will mention your company, and we do not claim that.

Can you handle Google Business Profile and reviews too?

Yes. We manage the profile, keep services and photos current, send review requests after jobs and help you reply to what comes in, good or bad. We never write reviews or filter who gets asked. Call and form tracking shows which pages and searches produced the work.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

We build a demo of your new pressure washing site first, using your service area and the surfaces you clean. On the call you look at it, tell us what is wrong, and ask whatever you want about how the SEO work runs. No prep needed from you.
