Do I need ads if my site already ranks?
Often no, and we will say so. Organic rankings and your Google Business Profile carry most HVAC demand. Ads make sense when you are new to a town, opening a second service area, pushing replacements and heat pumps, or filling a soft spring or fall schedule. That is why ads are an optional add-on here.
Do HVAC companies qualify for Local Services Ads?
HVAC is generally an eligible category. You will need to pass license, insurance and background check verification, and keep them current. Once approved, you are charged per lead rather than per click, and leads arrive as calls or messages. We handle setup, job types, service areas and weekly lead review.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly. Ad spend is billed to your own card on the ad platforms, so you see every charge and keep the account if we ever part ways. We manage the campaigns, the landing pages and the tracking. Nothing is marked up or resold through us.
Can you guarantee a number of calls?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee lead volume or rankings in this trade, because weather, competition and your own capacity move the numbers. What we can do is track every call and form to a campaign, cut what does not book work, and show you what your spend produced each month.
Does Meta actually work for HVAC?
For emergencies, no. Nobody scrolls social with a dead furnace. Meta earns its place in shoulder season for maintenance plan signups, tune-up offers, heat pump and rebate awareness, and following up with people who visited a replacement page. It builds demand; Google search captures demand already there.
Should I advertise during a heat wave?
Only if you can answer and dispatch. If the board is full and calls are rolling to voicemail, extra spend buys frustrated homeowners who call the next company. Some HVAC owners do better spending heavily just before a forecast peak, then easing off once the backlog builds.
How do you keep me from paying for job seekers?
Search terms like HVAC technician hiring, apprenticeship and trade school show up constantly on HVAC campaigns. We load negative keyword lists at launch and add new ones every week from the actual search term report, along with DIY, parts, filter size and window unit searches.
What happens on the 15-minute call?
We build a demo of your new HVAC site before we talk, so you can see the no-cool, no-heat, replacement and maintenance plan pages instead of a slide deck. On the call we go through your seasons, your service area and whether ads make sense yet. Book a call.
