What does this include?

Vevang Sites builds your website, then runs local search and Meta ads as an optional add-on. Ad spend goes on your own card. Campaigns point at your inspection, relining and leak pages, use Google Local Services Ads where your category qualifies, and are tracked to calls, forms and booked chimney work.

Why it matters

Why it’s different for your trade.

01

Your demand arrives in one burst

The first cold week sends every homeowner searching at once, and whoever shows an open date gets the fire lit this weekend. Ads put you in front of that burst the day it starts, not three weeks into the rush.

02

Inspection searches have a closing date

A buyer or agent needing a Level 2 inspection before closing cannot wait for you to climb the organic results. They search, call two companies, and book whoever can produce a written report inside the week.

03

Spring and summer have room on the schedule

When sweep demand drops, your crew still needs work. Ads can point at crown rebuilds, chase covers, relining, tuckpointing and leak diagnosis while the weather is right for masonry and the calendar is open.

What we do

The work, step by step.

01

Start with the pages, not the budget

We build your demo before the first call, then make sure the pages ads will point at exist: inspection levels explained, relining, caps and crowns, leak repair, wood stoves and inserts. Clicks land on the exact service, not your homepage.

02

Decide which jobs you want to buy

A discounted sweep and a full reline are not worth the same click. We set separate campaigns and budgets for sweeping, real-estate inspections, and repair work so your spend follows the jobs your crew wants most.

03

Turn on call and form tracking

Every campaign gets tracked numbers and form tracking, so you can see which searches produced calls and which of those turned into booked visits. Recorded calls also show when the phone rang and nobody picked up.

04

Launch tight search campaigns with hard negatives

We run local search terms for sweeping, inspections and repairs, plus Google Local Services Ads where your category qualifies. Negatives block costume shoppers, job seekers, DIY brush kits, training courses, and gas work you do not touch.

05

Add Meta for early booking and repair follow-up

Late summer reminders to past customers and older neighborhoods, before the rush starts. In spring, photos of a rebuilt crown or new chase cover reach homeowners who have seen staining on a ceiling.

06

Adjust weekly against the season

Budget moves with your calendar: push hard when you have open dates, pull back when you are booked three weeks out, and swing spend toward masonry and relining once sweeps slow down.

Common mistakes

What usually goes wrong.

Advertising the cheapest sweep in town

A price-led ad fills your schedule with homeowners who want one flue brushed and nothing else. The visit that pays is the one where you spot the cracked crown or failed liner and quote the repair.

Running full spend during the October rush

If you are booked out and nobody can answer the phone, ads just hand paid callers to the next company on the list. Match spend to the dates you can actually fill.

Skipping a negative keyword list

Chimney searches pull in costume buyers, people looking for sweep jobs, DIY brush kits, certification courses and gas fireplace service. Without negatives, a real share of your budget goes to clicks that cannot book work.

Sending every click to one page

An agent looking for a Level 2 inspection report and a homeowner with water damage need different pages. Dropping both on the homepage makes them hunt, and hunting is where they leave.

How it works

You see it first. Then you decide.

You don’t sign anything to see it. Book a time, and your demo is ready before we talk.

  1. 01

    Book 15 minutes

Pick a time — often the same day. Tell us your website, or just your business name and city.

  2. 02

    We build your demo

Before the call, we build a demo of your new website from your real business: your services, your area, your reviews.

  3. 03

    See it, then decide

We walk you through the demo on the call. You see exactly what you’d get before you spend anything.

  4. 04

    Launch, then improve weekly

We build it for real and put it live. After launch, the SEO Ranker agent keeps improving it every week.

Questions

Straight answers.

Should I advertise in October if I am already booked?

Usually not at full spend. When your sweep schedule is three weeks deep, paid clicks go to people who will not wait. A better move is trimming sweep ads and keeping a small budget on inspection and repair searches, which pay more and can be scheduled further out.

Do chimney sweeps qualify for Local Services Ads?

It depends on the service category and your area, and Google changes eligibility over time. We check during setup. If your category qualifies, we handle the profile, licence and insurance documents, and the lead settings. If it does not, we put the budget into standard local search instead.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly. Ad spend is billed to your own card on the ad platforms, so you see exactly what was spent and you keep the accounts if you ever leave. Vevang manages the campaigns, the landing pages and the tracking around that spend.

Do Meta ads work for chimney work?

They work best for timing and for repairs people are putting off. Late-summer early-booking reminders reach homeowners before the rush. Photos of crown rebuilds, new caps or a relined flue reach people who noticed staining or flaking brick and have not searched for it yet.

What should I advertise in spring and summer?

Leaks, crowns, chase covers, caps, tuckpointing and relining. Water damage shows up after spring rain, and masonry cures better in warm weather. Those searches are lower volume than fall sweeps, but the jobs are larger and your crew has room to take them.

Can you guarantee a number of leads or rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or lead volume in local search or paid ads. What we can do is point spend at pages built for chimney services, track calls and forms, cut what is not producing, and show you the numbers every month.

Do I need a new website before running ads?

Ads magnify whatever your pages already do. If your inspection levels are not explained and your repair work has no photos, paid clicks will bounce. We build the site and organic work first, then add ads as an option once the pages can hold a visitor.

How will I know ads produced real jobs?

Tracked numbers separate paid calls from organic ones, and form submissions are tagged by campaign. You tell us which of those became booked visits. Over a season that shows which searches are worth buying and which ones are quietly eating budget every week.
