What does this include?

Vevang Sites builds your paving website first, then runs Google and Meta ads on top of it. Ad spend goes on your own card. We point clicks at pages for sealcoating, overlay and lot work, track every call and form, and tell you which job types the money bought.

Why it matters

Why it’s different for your trade.

01

Your season is compressed

Asphalt and sealer need temperature. Organic rankings build over months; ads turn on the week you need them. Paid search lets you pull spring bookings forward and stop buying clicks once the crew is stacked out.

02

Two buyers, two campaigns

A homeowner types driveway sealing near me at night. A facility manager searches parking lot repair and striping during business hours. Same budget, different pages, different phone habits. Mixing them into one campaign wastes money on both.

03

Homeowners are screening for scams

People have heard about crews selling leftover hot mix door to door. A click from an ad lands on a page that has to prove a real address, real crews and real reviews, or the visitor closes the tab.

What we do

The work, step by step.

01

We build the demo first

Before the call we build a demo of your site with the pages ads need: driveway paving, sealcoating, crack filling, overlay, parking lot work and striping. You see where clicks will land before you spend anything on them.

02

Tracking goes in before the budget

We set up call tracking and form tracking, then tag leads by job type. A sealcoat call and a lot repave call are not the same job. Without that split, cost per lead tells you nothing useful.

03

Campaigns split by job and buyer

Residential sealcoating and driveway paving run separately from commercial lot paving and striping. Commercial gets business-hours weighting and an estimate form that asks for lot dimensions. Residential gets click-to-call on mobile.

04

Radius set to where you'll actually mobilize

Hot mix has to arrive hot and mobilizing a crew costs the same for a small driveway as a big one. We cap the service radius so you stop paying for clicks on jobs you'd turn down anyway.

05

Budget paced to the season

Spend climbs as temperatures allow work and homeowners start calling. It drops when you're booked out or the weather stops production. Ads that run flat all year burn money in months you can't pave.

06

Weekly review alongside SEO Ranker

SEO Ranker improves the site every week. We review search terms, negatives, ad copy and which campaigns produced booked jobs, then adjust. Ads are an add-on; the site and organic work carry the base.

Common mistakes

What usually goes wrong.

Bidding on pavers and concrete

Paving and pavers are different trades to you and identical to a search engine. Without negative keywords you pay for brick patio, paver walkway and concrete driveway clicks all season. Add DIY sealer and asphalt millings for sale to the list.

Sending every click to the homepage

Someone searching parking lot striping should not land on a page about driveways. Separate pages for sealcoat, overlay, patching and lot work let the ad match the search and let the visitor find cure times and scheduling fast.

Judging ads on cost per lead alone

One commercial lot can outweigh a month of sealcoat calls, and that account often comes back every season. Track leads by job type and by what closed, or you'll shut off the campaign that pays for the year.

Leaving ads running when you're stacked out

Booking work you can't get to before temperatures drop creates angry callbacks and bad reviews. Pace spend down when the schedule fills, then turn it back up when a rain week opens holes in the calendar.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do paving companies qualify for Google Local Services Ads?

Local Services Ads cover a defined list of home service categories, and paving is not offered everywhere. We check what's available in your area before promising anything. If there's no category for you, the budget goes to standard Google search ads and Meta instead, pointed at the same pages.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, on your own card, directly to the ad platform. Nothing is marked up or resold through us. You can see every dollar in your own account, raise or lower it when the schedule changes, and stop it at any time without losing your website.

Should I run ads or wait for SEO to work?

The site and organic work come first. Ads are the add-on that covers the gap while rankings build, and they're useful again every spring when demand spikes faster than search results move. Many paving owners run ads hard in the early season and lighter once the calendar fills.

Can ads reach commercial property managers?

Search ads can, because managers do type parking lot repair, sealcoating and line striping when a budget line opens. The commercial campaign runs on business hours with an estimate form built for lot dimensions and ADA striping questions. Meta is weaker for that buyer and stronger for driveways.

Do Meta ads work for driveway work?

They work best around jobs you're already doing. A tight radius around a street you're paving this week, with photos of the finished driveway, reaches neighbors who have been putting off the same decision. It's not a substitute for search, where people are already looking.

Can you guarantee a number of leads?

No. Nobody can guarantee leads, rankings or ad results, and weather alone can move a paving month. What we can do is make sure every call and form is tracked, tagged by job type, and reported honestly so you know whether to keep spending.

What happens to ads during the off-season?

We usually cut spend hard when temperatures stop production, and put a small budget behind next-season estimate requests if you want to book early. The website keeps working through winter, and SEO Ranker keeps improving it weekly so spring starts from a stronger position.

How do I know the ads produced real jobs?

Calls and forms from ads are tracked separately from organic. We tag them by job type, so you can see whether spend bought sealcoat calls, driveway replacements or a lot. You match those against what closed. If a campaign isn't producing, we change it or turn it off.
