Text Message Program (SMS)

Vevang AI operates two categories of SMS traffic. This page explains both, how you opt in and out of each, and the privacy commitments that apply. We never sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.
Two categories of SMS
Vevang.ai direct. Transactional messages Vevang.ai sends to its own account holders — for example, sign-in verification codes and operational alerts about your Vevang.ai account. These come from Vevang AI Inc. directly.
Vevang platform.Vevang.ai also operates as a communications platform for other businesses (the “host business”). Those businesses run their own customer messaging — appointment reminders, receipts, service updates — through numbers Vevang.ai provisions on their behalf. The host business is the sender, is responsible for the content, and collects your consent on their own site or check-in flow. Vevang.ai facilitates delivery and compliance infrastructure; the host business is the party you are opting in to.
How you opt in
Vevang.ai direct: if you enable text-based sign-in verification or opt in to Vevang.ai account alerts in Settings, the opt-in checkbox appears unchecked by default alongside your phone number. Checking that box and submitting is how you opt in. Providing a phone number is not required to use Vevang.ai.
Vevang platform (host business):the host business collects consent on their own site — typically an unchecked-by-default checkbox on their contact, booking, or account-signup form — before any SMS is sent. If you did not check a consent box on a host business’s site, they should not text you; if they do, reply STOP and email support@vevang.ai and we will investigate.
Exact consent language
The Vevang.ai direct opt-in checkbox reads, verbatim:
Businesses that use the Vevang platform capture their own consent with equivalent language on their own site; each host business’s consent language names them as the sender and describes the specific message types they send.
What we send & how often
Vevang.ai direct messages are limited to sign-in verification codes and operational alerts about your Vevang.ai account (for example, a critical account-security notice or a payment failure). Message frequency depends on your activity; verification codes are event-driven, not scheduled.
Vevang platform message content, frequency, and topic depend on the host business you opted in with — a clinic may send appointment reminders, a contractor may send job updates. Each host business discloses its own frequency and content in its own consent language.
Message and data rates may apply in either category.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages from that sender. Reply HELP (or INFO) for support contact information. Reply START to resubscribe.
STOP applies to messages from the specific sender. Opting out of a host business’s messages does not opt you out of Vevang.ai direct messages, and vice versa. To opt out of all Vevang.ai direct messages, reply STOP to any Vevang.ai direct message or turn off phone notifications in Settings.

Your privacy
Vevang AI does not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive messages from a host business is not shared with any other host business. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Vevang.ai.
