Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Vevang.ai account and everything in it, at any time. This page explains exactly how, what gets removed, and how long it takes. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself, in seconds
Sign in at vevang.ai, then go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and all associated data are removed immediately. This is the fastest way and is available to everyone with an account.
Prefer we do it for you?
If you can't sign in, email support@vevang.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (almost always far sooner). Include 'Delete my account' in the subject so we route it quickly.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile (name, email, any household/identity details you added), every connected financial account and its balances and transactions, all uploaded and imported documents and the text extracted from them, your chat history and generated reports, and your AI-usage records. Connected bank links are revoked so we no longer have read access. Encrypted access tokens are destroyed. Nothing of yours is retained for sale or training — we never sell your data.
What may be retained, and why
We may keep a minimal record required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example, billing and tax records of payments you made (required by tax authorities) and basic fraud/abuse-prevention logs. These contain no connected-account data, document contents, or financial figures from your accounts, and they are kept only as long as the law requires.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not by itself issue a refund. If you're on a paid plan, cancel it first (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing) or email support@vevang.ai. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered and a new one would start fresh.
